Welcome to my site! I would love to hear from you.


For over 30 years, I have collaborated with community leaders, government officials, and nonprofit (NGO) managers locally, nationally, and internationally through the implementation and dissemination of high quality research and through strategic planning. I have enjoyed sharing in the creation and improvement of programs and policies relating to health care, community development, youth development, elder care, and other fields.


My commitment: To make the results of objective, reliable, nonpartisan research available for improving the lives of all people. Through consultation, I work one-on-one and with groups. Through publications and lectures, I try to provide insights on social issues and solutions.


My passion for providing the next generation of leaders with tools they can use to understand the world and increase their wisdom has led me throughout my career to serve as an adjunct professor in the both the Sociology Department and the School of Social Work at the University of Minnesota.
